A life membership for a family costs $35 and an individual membership costs $30. This is a one-time payment and is transferable to other Funeral Consumer Alliance affiliates nationwide

• 3 Preference Cards to give to your next of kin, clergy, and family to aid them in planning your funeral
• A location of item sheet
• An annual newsletter and an invitation to our annual meeting
• A list of cooperating funeral directors and their prices
• Body donation forms upon request
